Welcome to Pendrive.me. Pendrive.me is a product of Lodbe Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pendrive.me platform, website, applications, storage services, transfer services, and all related products and services provided by Pendrive.me ("Pendrive.me," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using our platform and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Pendrive.me is a cloud-based digital storage and file transfer platform designed to provide users with a simple virtual pendrive experience for uploading, storing, accessing, and transferring digital files online. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue the use of the platform immediately.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, registered email address, verification codes, devices, and all activities conducted through their account. Pendrive.me uses Email OTP verification for account access, and users are solely responsible for securing their email accounts and preventing unauthorized access. Any activity performed through a registered account may be treated as authorized activity of the account holder.

Pendrive.me provides cloud-based storage and file transfer services using modern third-party cloud infrastructure technologies, including cloud storage and content delivery systems. While we aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, Pendrive.me does not guarantee continuous availability, permanent file storage, uninterrupted access, specific transfer speeds, or error-free operation at all times. Temporary outages, maintenance events, technical interruptions, internet failures, cloud infrastructure issues, or performance delays may occur without prior notice.

Users acknowledge that Pendrive.me is intended for convenience-based digital file storage and transfer purposes only. Users are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of important files, documents, media, or data stored on the platform. Pendrive.me shall not be responsible or liable for any data loss, corrupted files, incomplete uploads, failed transfers, deleted files, inaccessible content, business interruption, revenue loss, profit loss, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or inability to access files.

Users are fully responsible for all files uploaded, stored, shared, transferred, downloaded, or accessed through the platform. By uploading content to Pendrive.me, users confirm that they own the necessary rights or permissions to upload and transfer such content and that the content does not violate any law, intellectual property rights, copyright, privacy rights, contractual obligations, or third-party rights. Users agree not to upload, distribute, store, or share illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, defamatory, malicious, or prohibited content through the platform.

Users are prohibited from using Pendrive.me for activities including but not limited to malware distribution, ransomware, phishing, fraud, unauthorized access attempts, spam distribution, copyright infringement, illegal content sharing, harassment, exploitation, cyberattacks, reverse engineering, automated abuse, excessive system exploitation, or any activity that may damage, overload, disrupt, or compromise the platform, infrastructure, users, or third parties. Pendrive.me reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, investigate, or permanently terminate accounts involved in suspicious, abusive, illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities without prior notice.

Pendrive.me allows file transfers and file sharing between users. Users acknowledge that once files are shared or transferred, recipients may store, copy, redistribute, or further share the downloaded content. Pendrive.me does not guarantee confidentiality, recipient behavior, or prevention of unauthorized redistribution after a file has been shared. Users are solely responsible for the files they choose to upload, transfer, or share with others.

Pendrive.me may implement storage limitations, upload limitations, file type restrictions, bandwidth controls, access limitations, account restrictions, or service modifications at any time to maintain platform stability, security, infrastructure performance, operational efficiency, or business continuity. We reserve the unrestricted right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature, pricing structure, storage plan, technical architecture, or functionality without prior notice.

Certain services on Pendrive.me may require payment, subscription plans, storage purchases, or paid virtual pendrive packages. All purchases, subscriptions, storage plans, renewals, and payments made on Pendrive.me are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or compensation shall be provided for unused storage, unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, user dissatisfaction, feature misunderstandings, transfer delays, outages, account suspension due to Terms violations, or any interruption of service.

While Pendrive.me takes reasonable operational and technical measures to maintain platform reliability and account protection, users acknowledge that internet-based services inherently involve risks including unauthorized access, cyber threats, infrastructure failures, data breaches, phishing attempts, credential theft, malicious attacks, or technical vulnerabilities. Users are responsible for protecting their own devices, accounts, passwords, downloaded files, antivirus systems, and local security practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pendrive.me, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and infrastructure providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, unauthorized access, malware infections, cyber incidents, account compromise, business interruption, service outages, transfer failures, loss of profits, device damage, emotional distress, or third-party disputes.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pendrive.me and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal actions, investigations, penalties, expenses, or disputes arising from user activities, uploaded files, shared content, misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement claims, illegal activities, or third-party complaints connected to the use of Pendrive.me.

Pendrive.me reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to remain informed about applicable conditions.
