Pendrive.me is a cloud-based digital storage and file transfer platform intended for lawful, responsible, and authorized use only. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the rules, restrictions, and prohibited activities applicable to all users of Pendrive.me. By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using Pendrive.me services, users agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in full.

Users are solely responsible for all files, data, content, communications, transfers, and activities conducted through their Pendrive.me account. Users must ensure that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy obligations, and third-party rights.

Users may not use Pendrive.me for any illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, unauthorized, or disruptive activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, uploading, storing, sharing, transferring, distributing, or promoting content involving malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, malicious code, phishing materials, hacking tools, credential theft, spam campaigns, scams, fraudulent schemes, cyberattacks, unauthorized access attempts, or any activity intended to compromise systems, devices, networks, users, infrastructure, or third parties.

Users are strictly prohibited from using Pendrive.me to upload, distribute, store, transfer, or share illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material, terrorist content, violent extremist material, unlawful pornography, human trafficking content, illegal gambling content, or content prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

Users may not use Pendrive.me to infringe intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, or contractual rights belonging to third parties. Uploading or distributing pirated software, cracked applications, unauthorized media, copyrighted movies, copyrighted music, stolen databases, leaked confidential materials, or unauthorized commercial content is strictly prohibited.

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, impair, or negatively affect the operation, stability, security, infrastructure, performance, or availability of Pendrive.me. This includes but is not limited to automated abuse, excessive bandwidth consumption, bot activity, denial-of-service attacks, scraping, reverse engineering, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized scanning, infrastructure probing, bypassing limitations, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Pendrive.me reserves the right to investigate, monitor, suspend, restrict, disable, remove, report, or permanently terminate accounts, files, transfers, or activities that violate this Acceptable Use Policy or create risks to the platform, infrastructure, business operations, users, or third parties. Pendrive.me may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, legal entities, or infrastructure providers where required by law, investigation, legal process, or protection of rights and safety.

Pendrive.me may implement file restrictions, upload limitations, bandwidth controls, automated protection systems, account limitations, access restrictions, or operational safeguards to maintain platform stability, security, and service reliability.

Users acknowledge that Pendrive.me may remove files, suspend transfers, restrict access, or terminate accounts without prior notice where necessary to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy, maintain operational integrity, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and infrastructure.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, file deletion, reporting to authorities, legal action, civil liability, or criminal investigation depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Pendrive.me reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
